Online shopping is safe with us because you pay your purchase via PayPal, you can even pay with your credit card directly via PayPal with no need for registration.

Delivery is performed by the logistics company DHL, which is our contractual partner.
The postage is calculated after the country, the city and the shipping address have been chosen.

General terms and conditions of online store have been prepared according to the Slovenian Consumer Protection Law (ZVPot-UPB2), basing on recommendations of Slovenian Chamber of commerce and industry and international codes for online business.

The online store (hereinafter referred to as "online store" or "") is operated by the company CARPRO d.o.o., which is a provider of e-commerce services (hereinafter referred to as "provider"). The online store has an easy way of ordering and doesn't request user registration. Therefore, no information about the user is stored, except for the purpose of printing the invoice, shipping the goods and advertising.

General terms and conditions concern the operation of, user rights and business relationship between the provider and the customer.

Accessibility of information
(Summary of legislation)

The provider is obliged to always provide the customer with the following information:

a) data of the company (name and address, registration number),
b) contact information, which allow the user to quickly and effectively communicate with the provider (e-mail, phone),
c) essential characteristics of the goods or services (including after-sales services and guarantees),
d) availability of products (each product or service that is offered at the online store should be available within a reasonable time),
e) delivery terms for delivering the products or performing the services (mode, place and date of delivery),
f) all prices must be clearly and unambiguously defined and it must be clearly evident whether they already include taxes and transport costs,
g) payment and delivery method,
h) validity of the offer,
i) period within which it is possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal, moreover, the information about whether and how much it would cost for a buyer to return the item,
j) explanation of the complaint process, including all the information on the contact person or department for customer service.

Product offer
Due to the nature of business (via internet), the offer of the online store is updated and changed often and rapidly.
The prices in the online store are given as »Regular prices«. Regular prices are either sales prices recommended by the manufacturer/importer or prices determined by the provider.

Payment method
The provider allows you to make payments using PayPal.

The provider issues an invoice to the buyer, with analysed costs and instructions how to act in case of withdrawing from the purchase and how to return the purchased articles, in case this is necessary and possible. The purchase contract (the order) in electronic form is saved on provider's server and is accessible to the customer on demand.

The online price is valid for all the articles at the online store
All the prices DO NOT INCLUDE VAT, unless explicitly given otherwise. The prices are valid at the moment of giving order and their validity isn't fixed in advance.
The prices are valid in case of payment methods cited above and under conditions cited above. The prices are valid until new prices are published at .

The purchase contract between the provider and the customer is concluded when the provider confirms the order (the customer receives an e-mail about the order status with the notice "Order - Your order is being processed"). From that moment on, all the prices and other terms are fixed and apply as well to the provider as to the customer.

Purchasing procedure – step by step

Add chosen articles into your cart by clicking the button »Add to cart«. You can specify the quantity either before clicking the button »Add to cart« or later at any time before the completion of the purchase. You will be informed about this during entire procedure with additional texts. You can access your cart by clicking the button "Shopping Cart" at the top of the page.

You can change the quantity of products in your shopping cart so that you change the number in the field “quantity” on the right side in the appropriate row and then click the update button and by that you will update the quantity of the respective item. Quantities can only be changed for each item separately and mustn’t be changed for all items at once. You can remove the article from your shopping cart by clicking the “remove” button in the row, where the respective article is.
When you are satisfied with the content of your shopping cart, click the next button.

At this step, the quantities can’t be changed directly, but you can re-click the shopping cart button, correct the quantity and return to this step. If you have a discount coupon, enter it and click use. Since the discount coupon is valid for the entire purchase, it must be entered at the end, after all the items have been added. If you enter the coupon before you finish filling your cart, you will receive the discount only for the items, which are in your shopping cart at the time you enter the coupon.

At this step, you must select a country, a city and a zip code for the delivery. At the same time the shipping costs and taxes will be calculated. Some data will be transferred to the next step, where you won’t be able to correct them anymore, due tax calculations and shipping costs.

Then click forward.

At this step, you enter your data. If you are a company, enter the tax ID number as well, if you are a taxable person, don’t forget to add SI to your tax number.

By clicking forward, you will complete your order. You will be redirected to PayPal, where you will make the payment. After the payment you will receive an e-mail with the order confirmation and the purchase order. After a successful payment you will be redirected back to


1. Order (Your order is being processed) - After the order has been given, the customer receives a notification via e-mail that the order was received. At this stage the buyer has the option to cancel the order by sending an e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it within one hour. If the customer doesn’t cancel the order, it goes into further processing, whereby the provider reviews the order, checks availability of the ordered products and confirms the order or rejects it with a reason.
The provider can call the customer to verify the information in order to assure a punctual delivery. When the order is confirmed, the provider informs the customer about an estimated delivery date with an e-mail. At this stage the purchase contract between the buyer and the provider is irrevocably concluded.

2. Payment received – after a successful payment, the customer receives an e-mail notification that the payment has been received.

3. Items are being prepared – the customer receives an e-mail notification that the items are being prepared for shipping. In the same e-mail the customer gets the link, which enables him to check the journey of the shipment, using the DHL tracking service.

4. Purchase completed - the provider informs the buyer when the purchase is finished and sends him an e-mail with an electronic version of the invoice. The customer again receives the link, which enables him to check the journey of the shipment, using the DHL tracking service.

The right to withdraw from the purchase, return of goods
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without explanation within 15 days of receipt of the ordered goods.

Received goods must be returned within 30 days from the date on which the customer notified CARPRO d.o.o. he wants to withdraw from the contract. Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging including an intact foil/adhesive tape, in which the item was wrapped in, and it has to be quantitatively unchanged. The corresponding declaration must be enclosed, therefore the product must be UNOPENED. The buyer must inform the provider in writing by e-mail ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) within 15 days of receipt of goods about the intention to return the goods. We can replace your goods even if we sent off a false or non-functioning item due to our fault. The purchase price will be repaid immediately upon receipt of the returned goods. If CARPRO d.o.o. failed to fulfil its obligations from the distance contract in whole, the period for withdrawal is 3 months.

The provider will deliver goods within the agreed time.

The contractual partner for the delivery is the company DHL, but the provider reserves the right to choose another delivery service, if this means he will fulfil the contract more efficiently.

Warranty for electrical items
In accordance with the law, the manufacturer is obliged to provide the buyer with a guarantee for the faultless functioning of the purchased goods. If the customer of the online store wants to claim the warrant, he must contact the provider. The warranty can only be claimed with an invoice.

The provider is obliged to perform warranty service within 45 days of receipt of the goods, otherwise he is obliged to exchange the defective item with a faultless one.

The returns of goods under terms of guarantee will be made in accordance with the conditions that are set by the manufacturer and listed in the warranty certificate. Warranty for electrical products is 1 year.

Privacy Policy
The provider is obliged to protect the user's personal data at all times.
The provider keeps the IP addresses of all visitors for an indefinite period of time, in addition he keeps the following data of all his buyers: first and last name, email address, phone number, primary address and shipping address, country of residence, date and time of purchase and the whole correspondence with the provider.
The provider will use personal data solely for the fulfilment of the contract (information material, offers, invoices) and other necessary communication.

The user's data will in no case be handed over to unauthorized persons.

The provider will contact the user through the means of distant communication only if the user does not oppose this explicitly.

Advertising e-mails will contain the following elements:
• they will be clearly and unambiguously marked as advertisements,
• the sender will be clearly evident,
• various campaigns, promotions and other marketing techniques will be marked as such; the terms for participation will be defined clearly,
• the method how to unsubscribe from receiving advertising e-mails will be presented clearly,
• the request of the user, that he does not wish to receive further advertising e-mails will be respected explicitly.

Child protection
The provider mustn't take an order from anyone he knows or suspects is a child and doesn't have the explicit permission of the person's parents or legal guardians.
The provider mustn't accept any personal data, relating to the children, without the explicit permission of the person's parents or legal guardians. Furthermore, the provider mustn't give any information he received from children to a third person, unless this person is a child's parent or legal guardian.

Discharge from liability
The provider tries to his best ability to publish up-to-date and correct data on his web pages. Nevertheless, the characteristics of products, delivery date or prices may change so rapidly that the provider doesn't manage to correct the data on web pages. In such case, the buyer will be informed of changes and will be given the option to withdraw from the order or to change the ordered article.

Although the provider tries to provide accurate pictures of all the products for sale, the pictures must be considered as symbolic. Photos do not provide the characteristics of the item.
The provider has the option to withdraw from the contract only if a manifest error has been determined (Article 46 of the Slovenian Code of Obligations). A manifest error shall be determined as the essential characteristics of the item sold and as all the mistakes that are considered decisive according to the usage and purpose from customers’ view. In this case, the provider won’t confirm the order or won’t conclude the contract. This includes also obvious errors in price.
The provider reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time and in any manner, for whatever reason and without prior notification.

Complaints and disputes
The provider respects the existing consumer protection legislation. He tries to the best of his ability to fulfil his obligations to establish an effective system for dealing with complaints and to determine a person, which, in case of any problems, the buyer can contact by phone or by email.
